This is a wine made with 100% Sangiovese grape variety that goes through fermentation in skins for 8 days in steel containers at controlled temperature of 25° with replacements and delestage.

It is production is limited to 85,000 btls /year. Great with classic Italian red sauce dishes such as ravioli alla marinara.
