A unique spicy pasta recipe from Calabria, perfect for anyone who likes spicy food!

Yields4 Servings
 100 g Spreadable nduja
 400 g Short pasta
 1 Large red onion
 400 g Chopped tomatoes
 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 50 g Pecorino cheese
 Salt
 Pepper
Notes:
 Nduja is typically eaten with short pasta such as maccheroni, penne, fusilli etc. This recipe can be used with any of these types of pasta.

Put a pan of salted water on to boil for the pasta.

In a separate pan, cook the chopped tomatoes with salt, pepper olive oil and the onion.

Cook the pasta "al dente" and then drain it. Mix the pasta with the sauce and add the spreadable nduja. Add a little hot water to make it more liquidy if necessary.

Sprinkle with Pecorino cheese and serve immediately.
