Spaghetti with an intense flavour and unique taste.

Yields4 Servings
 400 g Spaghetti
 2 tbsp Colatura di alici
 1 Clove of garlic chopped
 4 tbsp Olive Oil
 Parsley
 Fresh Chilli

Prepare all the ingredients in a serving bowl: olive oil, chopped parsley and garlic, anchovy sauce and chilli to taste.

Cook the spaghetti al dente and, once drained, add them to the sauce with a spoonful of the pasta cooking water.

Mix all the ingredients gently , decorate with a sprinkling of fresh parsley and serve.
