Pasta Mista was born from a typically Neapolitan concept of the recovery tradition for which the leftovers of the bottoms of the packs of pasta, once sold loose, were used.
Also known in the local dialect as “ pasta ammescata ”, it is ideal for legume soups such as chickpeas and beans, but thanks to its various textures it is perfect for multiple uses.
Absolutely to try for pasta, potatoes and provola.
