Organoleptic properties: straw yellow with light greenish glints. Floral and delicate with a pleasant and typical scent. Dry, medium-bodied, elegant and slightly acidic flavour with an after-taste of bitter almond.
Alcohol by volume: 12.5%.
Acidity: 5.5 g/l.
Sugar: 3 g/l.
Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish, crustaceans, molluscs and white meat. It can also accompany fish first courses.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
