Characteristics: Structured, elegant with a long and sapid finish.

Pairing: Great with Wild Boar , Duck or Pappardelle Toscane.

Bolgheri DOC is a Tuscany wine and the result of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Its fermentation is done on skins for 12 days in steel containers at controlled temperature not over 26° with replacements and delestage.

It is then aged for six months in steel and wood barrels.

Annual product is only 30.000  btls.

This Tuscany delight is better enjoyed with stews, meaty pastas, Wild boar and Duck
